Yes, I think I like tomatoes all over the kitchen counter and the jars of dilly beans in the background. Easier to see.Let me know if you want to. It would only take a moment.
One last personal note on magnesium and cramps. If I get cramps at nite a spoon of mustard will get rid of them immediately although I do take a bit more magnesium then. But I have found that if I sleep too soundly with one leg on another or one raised too high, the cramp may be from lack of circulation which makes me think of periferal artery disease. That was for dramatic effect.![]()
Apologies for cluttering Ken's diary with cramp discussion, but I don't have nighttime muscle cramps. I had a weird cramp in the arch of my foot after wearing different sandals but that was a one-off and I just stood up and walked it off.One last personal note on magnesium and cramps. It's ok. Ken is old too.Apologies for cluttering Ken's diary with cramp discussion, but I don't have nighttime muscle cramps. I had a weird cramp in the arch of my foot after wearing different sandals but that was a one-off and I just stood up and walked it off.I hope you don't have PAD, Mary!
I still have occasional chemo/radiation related cramping across my upper torso but that is an entirely different ballgame. I take magnesium but it does not touch the chemo cramps, and neither does mustard, pickle juice, etc. Those cramps are from hell and take my breath away, causing me to ugly cry like a toddler.
I only mentioned the foot cramp in response to Ken's "stretching caused a weird pain" post. These random old-people pains are annoying.
Sorry for the OT stuff, @Ken Anderson .
