Just More of Ken's Nonsense

Although I grew up in Michigan, I had never driven through the Lower Peninsula before. Going below the lakes, through New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin, is shorter than going through the Lower Peninsula, given that my hometown is near the Wisconsin border, but it's quicker going north to the Mackinac Bridge and through the Lower Peninsula into Ohio. What I liked the most was that even the stretch through the Detroit metro area didn't require any slowdowns that would compare to what we'd typically get via the other route. The cities in the Detroit area are bypassed unless you want to exit to them, and it's a much more pleasant route. That's my new route, unless we decide to take the train and rent a car in Chicago or the Detroit area.

If I take too much magnesium I get bathroom emergencies. All this old people stuff is a constant juggle. "Do I want my hair to fall out and have explosive diarrhea, or just high potassium??"
Magnesium comes in many forms. Magnesium glysinate is least likely to cause bathroom urgency. You increase it until slight looseness (soft stool) and then back off. That would be the dose you need.
Hair fall out?
