I'll be right over!!! When I was a kid they called it "Calves Liver." I wonder if it still is and they changed the name for modern sensibilities.

And please tell me you're making mashed potatoes (peas are a plus.)

I also made mashed potatoes but I don't eat any ! My hubby loves mashed potatoes

I make an asparagus and ham omelette every once in a while. It's a great combo.

Honey Sriracha Chicken, basmati, steamed potstickers. Cooking sauce is in the fridge, potstickers are in the freezer and I cooked some rice in chicken broth yesterday. Five minute, two pan dinner

We both spent a lot of time working outside in the yard and garden, and decided to just go to IHOP and have dinner there. We have not been out to eat for several months, and I still had one gift card for IHOP left, plus it is close to get to.
I had a hamburger and Bobby had a breakfast meal.
