I'll be right over!!! When I was a kid they called it "Calves Liver." I wonder if it still is and they changed the name for modern sensibilities.Beef liver , onions gravy
And please tell me you're making mashed potatoes (peas are a plus.)

I also made mashed potatoes but I don't eat any ! My hubby loves mashed potatoes
Gasp!!
You don't eat mashed potatoes! But they are so good! 
My favorite thing about mashed potatoes is making potato pancakes with the leftovers.Gasp!!

It started as fish and chips, went to hot dogs and pasta salad (yes,) and now it is wings, pasta salad and corn bread. I am ready to opt for extra wine and whine

Wellllll, I am having eggs with bacon and onions and some asparagus I cut while at the farm.
I make an asparagus and ham omelette every once in a while. It's a great combo.

Honey Sriracha Chicken, basmati, steamed potstickers. Cooking sauce is in the fridge, potstickers are in the freezer and I cooked some rice in chicken broth yesterday. Five minute, two pan dinner
