What's for supper?

Being new I can explain my situation...
I was low carb for years and years and lost lots of weight.. From 358 down to 235.. About 4 years ago, I had open stomach surgery to correct a bleeding invasive hernia and somehow my metabolism has changed.. I went from 235 before surgery to 175 after, to which I seem to be holding at that weight.. Do I still low carb, Yes and No.. Low carb is a way of life, not a diet.. I don't really watch my carbs that much, but I don't consume unnecessary carbs either..

It is cold here, too (Alabama cold), so we have been having soups and stews and beans a lot lately, too. It is nice to have a main meal and enough that we can just have some when we are hungry, or have something easy like oatmeal or a sandwich.
Kroger has a clearance day with their manager specials on Tuesday, so we have started going there once a week and finding what is on the clearance foods, and planning our meals around whatever we find on sale.

We finished up the baked beans with country style ribs, and tomorrow is shopping day at Krogers, so we will see what goodies they have on the manager’s special tomorrow . Tonight, I will go through their online coupons and add anything that we might want . They always have something interesting for us to bring home.
Plus, we are getting the fuel points for this month. When we get home, I always do the survey which adds 50 extra fuel points each week.

Tradition has it in our house that every Sunday brunch I make flapjacks..
I use 3 very ripe bananas, 2 large eggs, cinnamon to taste, sugar to taste, and flour to thicken it up..
Sometimes I will add some frozen blueberries at the last second before putting in the fry pan..
That makes 2 nice size flapjacks, not too thick.. I use 2 large separate fry pans..
I serve it with real maple syrup..

FISH................. Salmon fillets pan fried in a buttery/lemon sauce with dill..
We like to eat fish at least 3 times a week...
A fresh homemade salad............ mini baked potatoes..
S/F Vanilla pudding made with fresh blueberries..
Pot of tea...........We always like to finish a meal with each a mug of tea...
