What's for supper?

if we had good access to fish of various types,,in the wild of various areas .. least I would eat it much more
I had made a list of seafood places in the state capital maybe 45 mils away, and was all ready with my coolers to make a road trip to stock up my freezer. Then a seafood place then opened right up the road from me, and I started hitting it hot & heavy...every kind of salt water fish imaginable (mahi, tuna, swordfish), plus crab, dry scallops, and shrimp. The guy got whole fish and cut it up on site, then kept it in an ice chest.

My favorite dish was baked rock fish (red fish) filet with a crab meat stuffing rolled up in it. I've eaten at some very nice seafood restaurants, and that was by far the best fish I have ever eaten.

I'm not big on freshwater fish except maybe trout and fried catfish. If I'm out camping I'll eat bass & pan fish, but it's not my favorite.

I am not sure how long Ken will allow me to post my poor choices on this thread, before he bans me. All you healthy eaters are setting the bar much to low for old age culinary healthy, limbo. Life is to short to lower myself to healthy eating.

Left over beef stew and saltines.
