What's for supper?

We’ve been to city today ..dancing of course …I’d made a sandwich for lunch and we rarely … eat lunch …so we both had a desert for tea when we got home , I freeze freshly sliced bananas , so I had 5 slices of frozen bananas ( average 1/2 of a banana ) and plain unsweetened yoghurt
hubs had sickly sweet ( to me ) yoghurt and grapes I also freeze ….its hot here

Tired and sore after my agricultural accomplishments making my yard look more like a yard and less like a pasture. I opted to treat myself so a Smashed Jack Burger with Cheese, tomato, and jalapeno poppers. Worst burger ever and the popper were disappointment. Still have a foul taste in my mouth.

I am making liver with onions, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms for our dinner today. We have not had liver in a while, and I know it is healthy.
I love liver & onions. Even when I was a kid. I had one friend I would call to have dinner when I made it. She was the only other person I know who enjoyed it.

Back in the day they had Calf's Liver. These days they call if "Beef." I wonder if it's young beef and they don't want to say.

I use a pie shell, bake it, and add some pudding to it and we have a lovely pie.. Any flavour you like..
I like the instant pudding as it comes out much fluffier.. I use 10% cream instead of milk...
I add some fruit like sliced bananas, fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries or whatever, before adding the filling..
I add more of the same fruit on top before serving.... optional..
If chocolate, I sprinkle some chocolate chips on top..
Serve with whipped cream............ of course........ sometimes ice cream....
So how many boxes of pudding do you use to fill a pie shell, Steve? That sounds good. I can't recall the last time I had pudding.

Merlot and a wish sandwich. Need to get a batch of honey-jalapeño chicken for the freezer for Monday and quiche crusts. I love those tart forms with the removable bottom.
