Seems everyone has been having sinus problems. My husband always gets sneezing fits too. He said the sneezing starts to hurt after a dozen sneezes in a row. Hope you feel better.I slept in late. For some reason I had massive sinus drainage and sneezing fits when I went to bed last night, so I popped a couple Benadryl. They knocked me on my butt. Then this morning I read that senior folks should not take Benadryl because of "confusion, dizziness, and an increased risk of dementia." damn. So I'll pick up some Claritin or Alegra when I'm at the store. But I'll keep some Benadryl around in case I get stung by yellow jackets. I also keep an Epi Pen handy.
Thanks, Krystal. I'm fine. I have no idea what started it. I should have only taken one Benadryl rather than two. But I sure slept soundly, rather than waking up several times. I'm gonna grab some Melatonin to help with that, since that's not harmful to take. I just need to zero in on the right dosage. Sometimes 5mg is fine, sometimes 1/2mg knocks me out.Seems everyone has been having sinus problems. My husband always gets sneezing fits too. I'm the same way. The two times I made the conscious decision to not research things to death and to just trust the sales guy is when I bought an expensive Stihl weed eater and a zero turn lawnmower. We voted early last week to avoid the crowds at the polls today. I'm really nervous about the Texas senate race, and if Tallarico wins this will be my last time to ever cast a vote; I will be done with politics. I'm sick of all the political ads so I'll be happy when this day is done.
I'm still obsessing about cataract surgery options so I'm getting my "ask the surgeon" questions ready for tomorrow. I wish I was one of those people who go in, get limited information beyond the surgery date, and have the procedure done while remaining clueless. Like my sister... her doctor said she needed cataracts removed. She had the surgery and has no idea what kind of lenses she has or whether she had laser surgery or not. Her eyesight is 100% better and she has not had to wear glasses since.
Same thing for my husband's brother in law... he had the surgery and doesn't have a clue about what type of lens was implanted in his eye. I on the other hand, have to research stuff to death and obsess over it for months; frankly it gets exhausting.
