What Are You Doing Today?

I've gone through a similar situation recently. Friend has a small encapsulated cancer and will probably have a lumpectomy and be done with it, but she has gone off the deep end. I know the terror when hearing "cancer" but jeeze.
I think part of my friends daughter getting all upset and close to having a panic attack, was one of her friends had a backache and found it was a tumor in the sacrum and was immediately sent to have scan that showed breast cancer that spread to the sacrum. She is in for surgery and chemo and maybe more. I think my friends daughter thinks her situation is going to turn out that bad, although, the GYN/Oncologist told her it appears a simple uterus removal will take care of it.

I got all my stuff from WeatherTech and spent a lot of time installing the things on my car. The floorliners are amazing; the fit is just perfect and everything looks nice. It was hot in the garage so I got all sweaty and crabby, but that seems to be my MO lately.

We also unpacked the heavy rubber "parking curb" for the garage floor, to keep me from driving through the cabinets in the garage. It is 72" long and still too short for both tires to hit it.

Here's the space I have to work with when the car is in the garage with the door closed...

LOl - "Sweaty & crabby."
I heard "Horses sweat, men perspire & women glow." :giggle:

Simple and cancer don't go for some.

I think it's normal to have a very emotional and terrified reaction to any cancer diagnosis. Once the patient learns more about the type of cancer and treatment options they usually calm down. It's a difficult time for sure.

Cloudy and gloomy out. Went to the n town store here got a few things. Made a lemon dump cake, air fried some chicken, The chicken is basically for sandwiches.
heating pad off and on all-day. I get a little done here and there ;)
