My iPad has lost its Internet umbilical cord. Since I have tried everything with no success, me thinks I’m gonna have to carry it with me to the Verizon store Monday. I am not messing with it anymore.
I also am not staying on this cell phone very long. I am dictating so if spelling is bad, I apologize. AI is going to print what it thinks I said, which isn’t always clean or anywhere near correct.
Dewpoint is 70° humidity is 90 something percent. That means I am sweating through my head when I go to the barn.
On a high point, my brother and sister-in-law were down here over memorial weekend and did they ever work their butts off, fixing stuff that needed fixed that I can’t do myself anymore. Including some things that I couldn’t have done anyway.
My horse loves my sister-in-law. He puts his head over the rail for her to scratch his chin, when he’s done with that, he turns around so she can scratch his butt. Lucky for him she knows what he wants lol.
I was filling the water tubs and decided to pull some five leaf shiny vines from behind the tub that were growing up the side of the barn. That was a mistake by the time I got up to the house the lower part of my arm was itching like Hades, red and swollen lol O L.
I honestly thought I was immune to stuff since I have lived here 20 years and haven’t caught anything in terms of poison rashes.
I washed it off with Dawn dish soap, sprayed some silver honey on it, cut the toe out of an old stretched out, white sock and pulled it over my arm for a protective sleeve. That way I won’t get whatever that crap is all over the rest of me.
That is my hack for the week. If anybody reads this, I save old white socks that are stretched out. They come in handy for dusting they come in handy for cutting the Tow out and using them as a sleeve on rashes, they also come in handy to clean the sheath of the horses.
Oh yes, that’s what else we did over memorial weekend lol lol. The lady who owns the Arab came and we did sheath Cleaning, those of you that have horses. I’m pretty sure some of you have had to do that despicable job, on your geldings

She got two beans out of her Arab that were the size of plum pits. No wonder he was miserable, dropping down all the time and rubbing his butt against the barn wall.
With that, I will end my conversation that I said I was never coming back, but I guess I will because I do like this forum. Can’t say the same for the other one.
Monday is the chiropractor and spinal decompression if I want to keep walking. And if I feel like it, I really need to go get red diesel for the tractor.
I hope everyone has a great week
