How's the Weather Where You Are?

I know Arizona has flash floods but this is amazing.
When I was there years ago and the indians had to haul tanks of water to trailers on blocks etc, I always wondered why they could not arrange for containment areas in different places for normal floods.

Temps are low 40’s at night to mid 70’s in the day. Great from that perspective but Middle Tennessee is in desperate need of rain and none in sight for at least ten days. My county is 7.47” below average rainfall to-date. Farm crops are going to waste in some of the fields.

My county is one of many that is asking for voluntary water cutbacks of 5% to 10%.

That means no washing cars, driveways, filling the pools, or watering lawns. Yes there are idiots who wash their driveways down and I will turn them in if I happen to run across them in my travels. Nobody on my road is that stupid if they did have cement driveways.

It is really warm today and we are having very gusty winds. The leaves are blowing off the trees!🍃 🍂Rain is supposed to be rolling in tonight, which we are still in need of. It is terribly dry. The temperatures are to drop after the front comes through.
That’s sounds like what we have here as well, @Krystal Shay . The wind is really blowing, and the sky is cloudy but not dark like a storm and we are supposed to get more rain tonight and tomorrow.
We had a good day of rain earlier on Sunday, but the ground here is still really dry, so we need lots more.

@Yvonne Smith and I share pretty much the same weather.

May hit 80 today. Humidity on the rise. Wind is just enough to blow the leaves off the trees. Big chill coming this weekend.. Big compared to the above average temps we have been used to.

We had a nice garden shower rain Sunday. The frog strangler is supposed to come tonight . At least it’s waiting until the polls close so folks can get out and vote. We are in a Level four out of five drought, so we really need the rain.
