How's the Weather Where You Are?

TEmps in the 80F again.

This is the third heat wave with these temps and lasting over a week

We normal have maybe a 4 day period once a year of these sort of temps and thats in Aug.
There was a guy on yt who has been tracking solar storms for a year or better (at least that is as long as I have noticed him) (Stephen Burns?) He shows how they have increased in intensity and are causing more earth quakes, volcano eruptions and heat than normal.

Tom, I know you have been to Las Vegas many times, so you have to forgive me for not considering 80 degrees a heat wave. :D Hope you're staying cool! 😎🌞

For our local weather... High of 97 in Houston today but humidity is "down" to around 60%. I splashed around in the pool for a while but it's about time for the yard crew to get here so I'm back inside.

I have been to LV and the heat hit 114.

I found it a lot easier to cope with than 80f in the UK.

Still 85f and its 6pm

Temps in the 50s F. and raining. It may be that our summer is over already and fall has begun. Rain is predicted for the remainder of thee week and that often suggests the end of summer. We got 3/4 inches of rain yesterday, but I will have to check the gauge for the rain last night and today. This is the weather we usually have in August. Sigh....
