How's the Weather Where You Are?

We had a few "frost warning" nights. Gonna be in the 90s next week.

Mother's Day is the official "You no longer need to worry about frost damage" threshold around here.
We don’t get frost @John Brunner due to being close to the sea , but it sure felt like frost last winter 🥶…we couldn’t see any but my toes don’t lie ..it knows how frost feels after suffering from constant chilblanes as a kid / young adult due to frost

I pulled out this morning and my windows fogged up ON THE OUTSIDE. I had to have my wipers on for a bit. It is getting warmer. Up into the seventies this week. But storms are threatened and everywhere are puddles. Worthless heat for working outside. Inside the barn is smelly and damp.

This is long but is frighteningly interesting weather. This is American territory. Where can one go if they live there. Reminds me of Hawaii in the 30's

According to my phone's thermometer, it is 72. Well, I just came in from my walk and it is not 72 at all and very windy. It seems as though the wind never stops here. Were I closer to the ocean, I could understand this, but, we are at least 1/2 hour inland.

I think the March winds didn't get the memo that it's time for April showers, Lois!

Projected high of 87(F) today will tie the record set in 1936. The dewpoints aren’t too bad yet, but with storm clouds in the distance, it’s just a matter of time until 87 feels miserable.

We are in a Level II drought and desperately need rain. Burn bans are in affect….
