We are being forced to stay home due to fuel ….our one and only fuel station is dry …if we needed fuel it’s a 40 km return trip to the main shopping hub …..

No because Australia ..only has one month ….supply left ….. and that’s it ….you think they would have learned from Covid and go back to being a fairly independent country …but no we rely on overseas countries for many things

Many are canceling holidays for Easter ..fuel is $2.50 ..a Ltr ….it was $1.50 ….2 weeks ago

Copied this

Yes, Australia is currently producing oil
, but it is a minor producer (ranking 31st globally in 2023) and relies heavily on imports for about 90% of its needs :eek:

The storm is over............ We had 50+cms of the white stuff along with very high winds..
We are totally snowed in till the driveway gets cleaned which should be today..
My car (Nissan Rogue) in in the carport and is perfectly dry..
Roads and highways were closed everywhere, but have now reopened..
Businesses were closed including the medical..

I will see if tomorrow I can go out and take a few pictures of the snowbank around the driveway..
It is almost unbelievable.. The driveway cleaner had no where to put the snow from the driveway so they put it across the road in the ditch.. Now that mound is over 10 feet high and 25 feet long...

I take the pictures on my phone..
I then transfer the pictures from my phone to my computer..
I then post on here and go to.... Insert image..
So far, I haven't had a problem doing it that way.. Sometimes it comes out sideways, but it does come out...

They are calling for more snow tomorrow which means I won't be able to take a photo... Too cloudy and dark..

It is very overcast today and they are calling for another 15 to 20cms of snow..
I will wait till the sun comes out and I will try to take a short video of the area..

NO..... The weather turned and I wasn't able to get any...
Its snowing again and I will see what I can do tomorrow..................................... maybe...
