Games Chat

I just open my account. There ... hold on, let me go look,,,,, be right back,, OK, I'm back ...

In the upper right-hand corner, there it says 'Create" I click on that then upload my video.

What do you mean, Ping you?
By "ping" I mean @me and I'll show you the other option I'm familiar with. It involves going to a File Transfer site, uploading the video there, then giving the recipient the unique URL assigned to the video along with the password the site creates for your specific file. (Or maybe you give the sit the email address of the recipient and the site sends them the link.) It's meant to securely transfer too-large-to-email files so that only the intended recipient can get to it.

I’m busy today ,we went out and bought a new mattress last week and it’s being delivered today ….what a job …stripping the bed , taking off the mattress protector / electric blanket / sheets ( we use a bottom and top sheet ) and I’m the only one that I know of that uses 2 sheets ….
all the family only use a bottom and treat the quilt cover as a top sheet ..nah our QC is quilted so I have to take it to a laundrymat to wash it at $12 each time …so use 2 sheets

Anyway …after stripping bed of course you’ve got to dust and vacuum under the bed base it’s on wheels do it’s easy to move the base to one side ….despite the dusty area ,it was fairly clean …but it still took both of us 4 hours to do….

They are a local shop, so they have offered to take the old mattress to the dump for free …..it would have cost us ..work …and $40.00

We’d thought of getting one in the city ,but with the cost of petrol $2.59 a Ltr … it would cost us about $150 in fuel and us having to lift the mattress when we get home …as well as getting rid of the old one ..which is only just over 2 years old …it gives us a backache cause it’s sagged …very poor quality product ..and made in Adelaide….

I was having fun playing games with @Mabel Baker and the delivery men came along with our new mattress …how rude to turn up while I was playin games :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:exercising my grey cells :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Hopefully I’ll,catch up tomorrow …I messed @Shirley Martin
and @Steve North as well today ….I'm gonna make up for it tomorrow

I’ve just put 2 apple pies in the oven , I’ve just about used up our little supply of apples off our tree now ….I gave a small box of the to some city people last week , they couldn’t get over how much they tasted like real apples 🍏
They are golden delicious

Why should we be good???
Why not have a party???
Take care, and you should be good................ as usual .....

That seems like the thing here as well...
What I say in that case is.......................................... We hurry up and wait.....

I really really don't feel well.... Not at all !!!
I have no idea what is going on with me, but there is no way I can say that I feel well at all....
I am not in any pain, but just not myself...Weak, always tired, and out of energy...
If this is still going on Monday, I will contact my doctor.. I will most likely contact him anyway to let him know what is going on with me...
I will probably be away from here till I feel somewhat better............. Hopefully it will be soon...
Take care everyone..................

Take care @Steve North it’s a little scary when you can’t pinpoint why you are feeling not right , that’s how i was in Brisbane over Christmas
and I ended up in hospital…..if in doubt don’t hesitate to phone an ambulance or go to your GP ….

Sending best wishes to our game playing buddy 🤗 To get well soon

I’ve got a real busy week this week , got the functions to attended / had the appointment with cardiologist this afternoon
traveling home Wednesday, shopping to do when we get home ….stay home 2 days and back here for about a week …
So I’m going to take a week off the forum ……see ya when I catch my breath ….in a week or so …oh I may pop in to check PM messages

Steve, I think I know what your problem is.☺️

We went down to the trailer for the weekend and came home yesterday. That used to not bother me, I could get up the next morning felling like a spring chicken. But I have been tired and dopey all day today. I have checked my blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen. They are all fine. No unusual pain. So, I think it's a disease called old age. And there ain't no cure for it.;)☺️

Seriously, I hope you are OK.

I've been trying to do a little spring cleaning. I have to do a little then rest a while. Maybe I'll get it done in time to start the fall cleaning.

Kate, why are you seeing a cardiologist? You might have told us already but if you did, I forgot. I see a heart and vascular doctor for my CVI.

I didn’t think I’d have time to pop in this morning ,but got up at 5.30 am …
@Shirley Martin
My G P sent me to the cardiologist to get my BP sorted out about 4 years ago ….he did just that took me off….4 Different…. BP pills I was on
and put me on one …..I can tell you he put me through the mill ….he did every possible test from ultra sounds / some other X-ray thing I’ve never had before …it was at a place called Nuclear medicine X-ray …walked in treadmill at the nearby hospital 24 hour BP monitoring stuff
2x ….

blood tests ….

gave me a script that was no better than then previous pills ….then he changed it to Olmesartan + which has a tiny bit of diuretic in it
I have proved the “ home brand “ as I call the cheap brand …doesn't work as well as the original brand

and the home brand was making me cough ….due to the fillers ( the chemist said that what was causing my cough ) so I switched to the more expensive one which costs me $15.00 …for 2 months supply ….however …its really 4 months supply ….because I only take 1/2 of a 40 mg tablet (= 20 mg)

( home brand BP pills are $8 for 2 months supply )

My BP at the drs yesterday was 128/ 80

See him again in a years time…just for a check up…..Hubby has one at same time ….same doctor once a year for his AF

Kate, 128/80 is perfect, isn't it?
I was chatting in the crafty / home forum to members about BP as one of the members has just recently had a heart attack

Of course I mentioned an article on Apple News about how scientists now believe high BP is possibly related to the way we breathe ….

When I had the very high B P I bought a breathing app it was about $30 for a year ….it did bring my BP down for a few hours after I’d practiced it ….( I was taking BP pills 4 times a day )
So i mentioned it on the crafty forum yesterday , I was going to try that breathing while they take my BP at the appointment……I honestly think it worked ….
I’m not sure if I posted that article about the scientists breathing on here or not ….
