What Are You Doing Today?

We have a small window in the pantry where they can come in and out as they please, so they are now spending more time inside with the cold weather, and outside when it is sunny and warmer.

We like sleeping on flannel sheets in the winter months too! They are so warm and cozy. ☺️
 
I took my old truck to get the front end aligned. The steering was wonky still. The business said that they had a cancellation for tomorrow otherwise I would have to wait till mid November. So glad because I seal up the barn with the first freeze. Very little gets in or out.
The truck really smelled, my daughter, who followed me over, said. She thought the mouse nests would catch fire. I warned the receptionist and she thought I was kidding.

You are in Florida! You can go to Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney (if you are rich enough). Long ago, I loved Wiki Watchi Mermaids. There is a quiet wildlife park in Sarasota....

Well, I have often wished I could enjoy 3 things once again before I cash in my chips:
1. A glass of Merlot - I can still drink it, but I can no longer taste or enjoy it. It's just a memory.
2. A fine cigar - Maybe an Arturo Fuente Hemingway - Given my lung and heart conditions, I'd probably have to call 9 1 1 before I finished.
3. The love of a good woman - No need to call 9 1 1, it's too late :LOL:

Lots of good women here who would give you a hug. But, personally, I would pay to see you sky diving.

Have all three and worry about the rest later.
 
My oldest daughter is just now visiting and staying with us for a week--all my girls are close by, then. So will be doing the normal chores and throwing in some fun. Tonite will be a fish fry.
oldest wants to go over our living wills and health papers because her father in law got dementia and is in the hospital with no directives. Fun! Probably a good idea as I don't remember where they even are.
