What's for supper?

I decided I didn't feel like peeling shrimp since I've been cleaning house all day, so I sauteed about half a pound of Italian sausage added to the alfredo. It was SO good, y'all.
After cleaning house all day, sautéing sausage sound like a lot of work. I didn't do jack poo all day, but I opted to microwave meat loaf and mashed potatoes. It was almost to much work, zipping off the box seal and peeling back the cover to vent it. Three and a half minutes in, I had to take it out and stir the potatoes. It wasn't all that good but perhaps it was because I was exhausted from all the prep. :sneaky:

I am having one of those days today. At this moment, It's "eat whatever you can find" day.

Ordered a frozen pizza with my Walmart order, added more good stuff to it, and that was our dinner today. We haven’t had pizza for a while, so it made a good choice, and was easy to make.
Walmart's Marketside refrigerated pizzas aren't too bad, and they come in a lot of varieties and 7", 12" & 16" sizes. They even have flatbread pizzas. I just looked...there are 29 different offerings between style and size, although inventory can be spotty (right now, 21 are in stock here.)

I do the same thing as you...I doctor it up. I'll buy a medium 3 meat pizza for $6 then throw veggies and extra cheese on it, and get a bunch of meals out of it.

The marketside pizzas ARE good ! We used to get the large supreme ones every now and then. Since we only have the little toaster oven now , and no stove with a regular oven, it is almost impossible to cook a whole large pizza in it, but the frozen ones are small enough to fit in the toaster oven and not so much leftovers for us to deal with.
I think the 12” size would probably fit in the toaster oven, so I will have to look closer at that.

Speaking of pizzas............... Today is a lazy day, so I will be going out to get us a pizza for supper..
We like ours vegetarian and thin crust...

I gotta stick to the 12" for the same reason. I used to keep a box of Ellio's pizza squares in the freezer when I had a smaller toaster oven.

Spaghetti and meatballs.

I'm in a rut with meals again. It seems like I have made a bazillion different types of recipes over the years, and I am getting bored with it all; today anyway. The recipes seem to be all similar but prepared slightly different. I don’t know. I guess I’m in a little bit of a funk today and can’t get it together. I need some sunshine.
