What's for supper?

I will be making a meatloaf.........I use either minced chicken or minced turkey only.. This time I will use a package of stuffing mix to make a change from the usual way which is different to this way...
450g of minced chicken to which I will add 3/4 cup of ketchup, sliced mushrooms, diced onion, 1/4 cup of water, and a package of stove top stuffing mix.... In a loaf pan and into the oven at 375f till golden brown on top (about 45 minutes).....
Mini baked potatoes, steamed cauliflower....
Cherry jello served with heavy cream...
Pot of tea as usual after a meal....

FISH.... Fillets of tilapia, lightly breaded, and pan fried in butter..
Green beans steamed, pureed carrots, tomato wedges...
jello served with heavy cream..
Pot of tea..

It’s warmish today ,so we are having chicken tenders …just maybe panko crumbed …with a green salad , I made a pot of custard as I’m thinking maybe have a slice of our Christmas fruit pudding ( not home made ) as we will be in Brisbane ( QLD ) for Christmas

SUPPER???....... I don't know yet............... but............ For brunch today....
Today is Sunday, and for BRUNCH every Sunday I make flapjacks..
Every week I try a different way and for today, I will be mashing 2 ripe bananas, 2 large eggs, dash of vanilla extract, sugar (i use honey), and some oatmeal (not instant) to thicken up the batter.... Just before I put the batter into 2 large fry pans, I will add to the mixture some frozen blueberries.. About one cup..
Served with real maple syrup.....
Rather than making several smaller ones, I like to make one large flapjack each, not too thick....

For some reason I have been craving a chili-dog. Since I don't have any hotdogs or buns in the house, I'll ask my husband to drive to Sonic and pick up some junk food for dinner. Sonic is only about 2 miles from here so I'll have my chili dog with onions and then a soft-serve ice cream sundae. He will probably choose the jalapeno cheeseburger for his dinner.

@Krystal Shay 's grilled cheese sandwich sounded so good that I'm going to have them for supper tomorrow night with some homemade soup.
I don't eat a lot of fast food but once in a while I get a craving for a Burger King whopper.,,,,, A big ol' fat greasy Burger King whopper. One once in a while won't hurt me, will it? ;)
Of course not. Here's what I don't understand... I make cheeseburgers at home that are basically the same thing as any fast food joint. Bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, beef patty, mayo, mustard. Why is the homemade burger not "junk?"

Today is Sunday so it's pasta day. The sauce (gravy) is cooking. I'm not sure what type pasta or meat my wife is planning for today's dinner.
I'm hoping for pasta it will be fusilli.

As far as meat goes, I always enjoy meatballs, especially if you start the sauce with the oil from frying the meatballs, it's makes a great tasting sauce. My second favorite is a piece of pork, it gives the sauce a nice favor. We also enjoy seedless sausage, chunk of beef, or braciole.
