Cajun shrimp boil with corn on the cob and new potatoes, cole slaw.

I have some flour tortillas so I'm thinking I'm going to experiment--put the boiled shrimp and some cole slaw in a tortilla for a "shrimp taco."

Scooby snacks were quesadillas with cheddar and leftover corn/chile/onion. Tasty little stinkers with a mellow hot banana pepper salsa. SO requested repeats.

I'm soaking some cannellini beans to pressure cook. I'm planning to make some Beans and Greens soup either today or tomorrow.

If I don't make soup today, I'll make smoked pork chops, roasted sweet potatoes, and fresh greens with cornbread.
