Spaghetti and meatballs.
Same! I have some Italian sausage I need to use, so I'm making meatballs. I will probably use Rao's jarred sauce, though.Spaghetti and meatballs.![]()
I don't freeze leftovers, but I have given up homemade pizza since a new pizza place opened about a mile from here. It has been well over a year since I made a pizza from scratch. Somehow I don't miss it.I buy large pizzas from my local Italians and freeze the leftovers. I'm gonna reheat a couple of slices and have a salad with them.

My daughter left yesterday to go back home to the Netherlands, and she brought over the fresh veggies that she had bought to eat while she was here, and didn’t finish eating.
Today, Bobby made stuffed cabbage rolls, which we had for dinner today, and they were delicious !
There was some of the filling and some broth left over, so now I am making a pot of cabbage and veggie soup with that and some of the veggies added.
It will probably be done by tonight if we want some, and for sure will be for our main meal tomorrow.
My problem is, I am slowing down a lot and more often taking the easy way these days. Seems like a lot of things I make don't taste as good as they used to; not sure if it's my taste buds or if I'm losing my touch. I mostly just get tired easily. though. My problem with homemade pizzas is that I don't buy pre-shredded cheese. So by the time I buy a ball of quality mozzarella and maybe a wedge of Fontina, PLUS the pepperoni & veggies, it ain't cheap. Domino's has a kiosk in my Walmart...if Walmart's open, so is Domino's. They've always been at the bottom of my list for chain pizzas, but I had a coupon a few months ago. It was pretty good...and I can do some shopping when I go pick it up. But no chain is as good as homemade or real pizzeria pizza.
