Queso fundido deconstructed. Not as appetizer but in a tortilla, hot garden peppers and onions, rough ground beef/pork, garlic, texmex spice, fresh tortillas. Cheese, sour cream, … .

I grabbed a marked down seasoned pork loin. I'll cook it sous vide, make mac & cheese and steamed asparagus. Probably start with a salad. Finish with a Dreamsicle.

There were a bunch in the display case with time left on their Best By date. If it's good I'll go grab a couple of more. They're under 1 1/2#. Probably make good sammiches.

I am trying to milk this sinus infection for as long as I can. I haven't cooked for maybe 10 days. I don't like hearing my husband banging around the pots and pans etc. in my kitchen though. I’m not sure what he has been eating all this time but, he has been trying to get me to eat Ritz Crackers every minute of the day because he thinks I need to eat something. I told him if he comes near me with those damn crackers again! He said I must be feeling better because I’m feisty again.
