What's for supper?

Queso fundido deconstructed. Not as appetizer but in a tortilla, hot garden peppers and onions, rough ground beef/pork, garlic, texmex spice, fresh tortillas. Cheese, sour cream, … .
 
I grabbed a marked down seasoned pork loin. I'll cook it sous vide, make mac & cheese and steamed asparagus. Probably start with a salad. Finish with a Dreamsicle.

There were a bunch in the display case with time left on their Best By date. If it's good I'll go grab a couple of more. They're under 1 1/2#. Probably make good sammiches.
