Change of plans. Country fried steak, red baby taters, and a full blown garden salad.

Lots of meat served in Mexican restaurants around here. If ordering chicken tortilla soup, one has to ask them to cut back on the chicken.

It is still cold and wet, but not raining any more; but it just seemed like another good day for a pot of soup, so that is what is cooking in our house today.

Pork tenderloin has been marinating in lemon juice, garlic, salt, rosemary and will go on the grill. Aifryer potatoe wedges with caraway, cucumber salad.
