What's for supper?

Supper tonight was a large B/S chicken breast cut in half and cooked in a honey/garlic sauce..
One breast was enough for the both of us...
Carrots and parsnips steamed and pureed,... Fried rice... to go with the sauce..
A piece of halvah...
Pot of tea...

My wife said it was one of the best meals I have made in a long time... She truly enjoyed it...

Tomorrow is Sunday.............. Every Sunday I make my flapjacks for brunch...
Served with real maple syrup..
Mashed banana, egg, milk, cinnamon, sweetener, flour and baking powder.....
I add some frozen blueberries to the batter just before cooking..

Chicken breast sliced as for stir fry in a creamy sauce with tiny flecks of red bell pepper, paprika and garlic. Spaetzle or Basmati. Something green.
Melting a little bit of cream cheese for quick creamy sauces keeps milk or sour cream from curdling.

SO requested Vulcano Chicken. I had to check with uncle Google. Well, very similar to my jalapeño honey chicken. Just a fridge sauce fluffed up a bit. It makes him happy!

I was going to make pork chops on the grill but the wind keeps rising and blowing stuff everywhere. A farm nearby is trying to get up a farm to table business and dropped off my order of hamburger frozen in one pound packs. I will thaw one and try their meat tonite as hamburgers to see if their meat is good.
I am kind of excited for them. They are nice people and have become an actual business. (despite laws)
