Thick cut pork loin off the grill, buttered mushrooms, spaetzle, red beets/apple/onion rabbit food substitute. Three grocery stores and not a leaf of decent salad.

Sunday is the day that I set aside for a whatever kind of meal , and Bobby took some chicken out of the freezer to cook. I have it in the crockpot with stuffing and sweet potatoes and that will be our main meal sometime this afternoon when it gets done. Making crockpot roasted chicken and stuffing is one of my favorite meals, so we will enjoy that, and there should be plenty of chicken left over for Bobby to have chicken sandwiches this week.
