too much work to me- luckily I have no one to entertainMy first and last attempt at the Hasselback baked potato. Hassel is right.
Lots of work and fussing about. It taste like a regular baked potato if you
put on the same toppings after it is baked. Nice novelty if you entertain.

Me neither and never again. Way to labor intensive and doesn't improve on a baked potato in any way. I don't care how my food looks if it taste good and supplies nutrition I need.too much work to me- luckily I have no one to entertain![]()
Take a thin slice of the potatoe, set it on two chopping sticks and start slicing. Then fan and brush with oil/butter/spices. The fanned slices are tasty and crunchy and look good when plated. The eye eats so treat yourself.too much work to me- luckily I have no one to entertain![]()
