What's for supper?

The thing I find about making casseroles, is after a meal and then another left over meal, I don't want it anymore, Trying to fix such for one person is really difficult even in an 8 X 8 Pyrex dish. I hate wasting food and I can't do left over like I once did. Besides a dislike for complicated cooking, I hate clean up more. Keeping it simple and nutritious is easy for breakfast, but lunch and supper require a bit more thought and planning.

Same as yesterday. A salad with chicken chunks sprinkled in, A banana and an orange.

Just to clarify, I work 6pm to 6am, and these are the lunches I usually pack.

On my days off, I eat whatever the Missus makes. Then I do the dishes.

She does 100% of the cooking in our home, so it's only fair I clean the kitchen afterwards.

BBQ Time.... I had some small steaks that I put on the hot grill..
mini baked potatoes, pureed carrots with chives..
Clementine..
Pot of tea...............

Not supper, but brunch............ Its Sunday and every Sunday I make... flapjacks..
I will add some frozen blueberries at the last moment before the batter goes into the large fry pan...
Served with pure maple syrup...
Pot of freshly brewed coffee.........
