Leftovers. Husband will have crawfish etouffee and fried crawfish from Pappadeaux's restaurant; I'll have fajitas and mexican rice from Lupe Tortilla restaurant. Gotta get that fridge cleaned out.

Leftovers again....pot roast. I'll make some rice and a salad to go with it.

Quesadillas with fresh refried beans, grilled poblano chile, spicy ground beef, pepper jack. Rabbit food. I sprinkle some cheese into the pan before flipping the tortillas. That make a tasty crust.

Hodge Podge , stir fry some shrimp, maybe throw it on some ramen noodles, or some potato ..whatever ever else is good that I do not have to cook much

Hamburgers open faced on Ezekiel bread. Hubby wanted sqwooshier bread so he went and bought hamburger rolls.
Last night I had store-bought Panera Mexican Chili Chowder for dinner. It sucked. Tonight I'm gonna try their Broccoli Cheddar Soup with some ham I'm adding.
Walmart is doing something weird with their house brand spicy-hot chili corn chowder I like. It's been out-of-stock for a couple of weeks (not Discontinued) in 5 of the broadly-dispersed regional stores and in-stock at one of them, but if I order it Online I can get it in 48 hours. I don't understand.

Grilled steaks, roasted potatoes, and corn on the cob; again. My husband loves fresh corn on the cob.

Cajun shrimp boil with new potatoes and corn on the cob. Cole slaw.
Must be seafood day around here. I picked up scallops to do on the grill, and they had some homemade crab cakes, so I grabbed one of those.

I just melted some cheddar cheese on toast and added a thick slice of tomato for a sandwich. Hubby had a tv dinner. He was afraid to ask me to cook cuz I came in sweaty, holding a chain saw.
I used to buy a lot of seafood from that place when they first opened up. This year the prices have really skyrocket, so it's an occasional treat.
