Coffee, sofa lion is not leaving her cat tree.
You and I supplement a bit alike. First thing, 4 serrapeptase with coffee. Go around and do stuff because it is to be taken on an empty stomach. Then coffee with stuff added and more supplements. Go to the barn and do stuff. Now I will have coffee, bacon, 2 eggs I brought in and ezechial toast. Sad thing is that I have always ingested large amounts of coffee and now I find it depletes minerals. So must take MORE supplements. (washed down with coffee). Don't forget your k2 with your d3. They finally sell it in mgs now.Today, massive amounts of coffee and a bagel.
Following the bagel, I’ll down a sweetened tea drink with 3 grams of beet root, 3 grams of L-citruline, 20 grams of creatine, 20 grams of EAA’s, 20K iu’sof D3, 7 grams of C and if I my brain isn’t functioning up to speed, I’ll throw in 3 grams of L-Tyrosine (sometimes sublingually).
Oh yeah, Protein, lots of Whey protein. (60 gram base)
That’s Breakfast.
It’s not necessarily an Epicurean delight but it gets the job done.
Sounds a bit like Homestead Breakfast, an Alaska dish that basically has whatever you have left in stores or the fridge. We had it for supper last night. It contained sausage, bacon, potato, zucchini, eggs, and probably some other stuff I don't know about. I had cheese on mine as my wife doesn't do dairy. It is sometimes served with salsa or guac.A sweet potato fried with bacon and sausage pieces, and later, a couple of eggs scrambled with it, along with some salsa. It tasted good, but I only ate about half of it.
Its origins are in that, to be sure. My Dad would cook breakfast on Saturdays, and it was usually what he called "breakfast goulash," and it always had a base of potatoes, with other stuff added, always eggs, whatever meats were on hand, and anything else that seemed like a good idea, such as peppers, etc. It was most always different but usually good. Bacon or kielbasa works best. If all I have is hamburger meat or ham, these aren't as tasty, so I'll melt some cheese into it.Sounds a bit like Homestead Breakfast, an Alaska dish that basically has whatever you have left in stores or the fridge.
I have eaten French toast once in my life. Sounds good, but like everything else I like .. no should do
