This is not long, but I think you'll find it interesting. I was going to post if as a separate thread but couldn't think of a place to put it. It has to do with the increasing number of people who are unable to read today, or who are unable to understand what they read, and its connection to technology. In the last forum, we had an area for education and words, which I enjoy talking about, but which didn't get much participation, so I haven't included it here.

No; it just took longer to get the dried on food off than I expected. I always scrape and rinse my dishes before I load them in the dishwasher, then I use the "quick wash" setting and they always come out sparkling.
