Whatcha Watchin' on YouTube?

I've listened to this guy before, and generally agree with him. He has a different topic for every episode.
I agree with much of what he said. His comments on schooling is in large part why homeschooling has become so popular. Lowering the voting age to 18 allowed unformed minds to determine the fate of the country, and that wasn't good. Then, of course, there was allowing women to express their opinions....;)

Have you seen the police officer's bodycam footage of the 2 women bringing the injured wife down the trail? I have seldom seen a more dis-interested policeman; he was basically just a damn observer (JAFO). Anyway, the action starts at about the 5 minute mark...

But Beth, he needed to get those gloves on in case he had to touch the woman (girls have cooties you know) and he said he didn't want to "rush in." After Columbine and Uvalde, I'm beginning to think police training may emphasis "don't rush in" just a little too much.

It just seemed like he was dawdling around for the longest time. What if she had been bleeding to death on that trail? And where was the ambulance?? Thank goodness for those 2 nurses, who rescued her and then tended to her wounds.

Anyone else like "true crime" and live courtroom coverage? I am fascinated by high-profile cases like Jodi Arias, Casey Anthony, etc. Last year a doctor in Hawaii tried to murder his wife on a hiking trail, but was interrupted by two women hikers who basically saved his wife's life. His trial is underway and I was just watching the video of the wife's testimony, which is chilling. "Gerhardt Konig is accused of trying to kill his wife, Arielle Konig, on the Pali Puka Trail on O'ahu, Hawaii, on March 24, 2025."

Today I'm going to watch the testimonies of the two women hikers who heard the wife screaming and basically dragged her to safety. Here is a Youtube channel that has posted the daily courtroom sessions if you like that kind of thing. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLT2snNGWwa65tX8R3rNxDd5zcU005YE4z

If you have no interest in forensics and boring stuff, you might be interested in hearing the wife's testimony...

Well, in case anyone missed it... the doctor was found GUILTY of attempted murder. (y) Just think, he is an anesthesiologist.

This is a preliminary video from a series in which a man embarks on a hike of the Appalachian Trail with his 10-year-old son and their dog, although the dog doesn't make it all the way. No, the dog doesn't die, but they simply had too many problems with ticks on the dog that they decided it was better to have the wife pick up the dog.

This is the first video of the actual hike.
