I generally carry very little with me even when I leave the house. From this list, the only thing I would carry more than half the time is my Apple Watch, which I generally wear when it's not being charged. Now that I have a small pocketknife, I think I'll be carrying it regularly too, but since I just bought it, that wouldn't apply here. Most of the time, when I leave the house, I am not going anywhere where I expect to buy anything, and I don't anticipate routine police ID checks, so I usually leave my wallet at home, although I generally carry at least $10 in cash just in case I decide to stop somewhere for coffee or a snack.

Since I'm home 95% of the time, I'll have to answer "none of these." When I go out I carry my handbag with my ID and a bit of money, keys and my phone.
I don’t carry any of those things for anywhere near 50% of the time, except for my Apple Watch, which I wear all the time except when I am charging it, for th most part.
The others, I only carrry when I am going to have immediate use for them. I noticed that you left cell phone off the list, which many people do carry at least half of the time.

On a side note, my whole life, I was never a watch wearer. Then, maybe 30 years ago, out of the blue, the Missus got me a watch for Christmas.
I was doubtful, because I'd never given any thought to wearing one.
Within a week, I was obsessive about it. LOL.
I've worn a watch ever since, and get very upset if I occasionally forget to put it on before I leave for work.

My cell phone 95% of the time .
I am not using it 95% of the time. I have a small farm with horses, neighbors have goats or beef cattle. having my phone on my person has come in handy more than once.
Everyone I know keeps their phone one them. We don’t talk, we text to stay informed.

Most always my iPhone is with me. I need it so often for work
texts, alarms and reminders on busy scheduled days, I'd be lost
without access to my iPhone. I do not keep a land line at home.
