I haven't had chocolate chip cookies or biscotti in such a long time ! So good dipped in a delicious cup of coffee . Remember the taste though![]()
When I make chocolate chip cookies for us, I make them with half the amount of sugar and use dark chocolate chips. The cookies are more than enough sweet for us. I put the full amount of sugar in the recipe, when I make them for others, but there is no way I could eat one of those. To sweet! The biscotti has less sugar and a lot of cocoa in the recipe so that helps cut the sweetness.
