Problem Posts or Members

I have been having some issues with my laptop and don't mean to do anything wrong but if I do I want to let you know it is not done intentionally and please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm not much for small talk but I do like the games so will be spending most of my time over there.
I came from a forum pretty much like this but for some reason it will not load on here anymore. I was on a hotspot and when they switched me over something must have happened. I'm still looking for an answer but so far nothing and I am not that computer savvy to experiment so until then I hope you can put up with me,

Oh, Nicole! So happy to hear you say that. I have not made much sense of computers since my internet provider said my XP no longer meshed with their equipment. They changed their equipment. It was not my fault!
I used to post/send pictures and do other things and now I don't figure out much on the computer past here and email. On here I have to depend on @Yvonne Smith or @Ken Anderson for help. It does cut down on time I might have wasted on line.

Thank you for those posts. Makes me feel I'm "not alone" in my ignorance of anything to do with computers or technology. It's frustrating at times though as it would be nice to put a song or picture on a post but don't know how.

I'm the same on other forums I've been on , and people will tell you how useless I am on them.

I'm same as Nicole. I apologize if I do anything wrong .
 
I am so glad to hear other people are in the same boat. I feel like the modern devices are nice but I also am glad I grew up when I did. We seemed to turn out all right, in my opinion, The world was much better off if you ask me! All it takes is some common sense but it is lacking in a lot of areas.
 
Do you have a mobile phone @Nicole Oakes , when we are away from home we use our phone to connect to the Wifi …. (we have pre paid Internet / Phone calls / data from Aldi on our phones);

Fixed Internet at home , for our security / lighting / garden watering if away

Aldi plan has more data than we’d ever use in a year , and we don’t loose any data we’ve not used at the end of the 12 month contract , any unused data rolls over at renewal ~ which costs us $175 .00 for the year . ..think it’s 180 g data ~ plus all calls even covers so many hours of overseas calls ( never use it tho ) Aldi plans don’t include the actual phone ~ they don’t sell phones

We’ve never ran out of the data but have the option of adding more if needed

When we’ve traveled ,we will stay over night at motels that have questionable wi fi ….hotspots 😳so we always use our phone for connecting our iPads ( we’ve done the same with laptops ) but rarely take the laptop with us now days ,it to bulky compaired to the iPad
