None of us (except Ken the Site Owner) know every side street here. When new arrivals start exploring the site and ask questions, many of the rest of us learn something new. I know that I do.

Welcome to the SOC forum, @Liz Adams ! We also have an introductions thread pinned to the top of the chit-chat section of the forum if you would like to post and introduction there and tell us a little bit about yourself.

It is not required, but if you would like to introduce yourself, you can do that here. We don't need to know any private information that should be kept private. Once I re-figure out the back end of XenForo, I'd like to set up a group or a way to recognize those of you who were members of the original forum, as ALUMNI or ORIGINAL members or something, but if you were here before but would rather not be so acknowledged, that's fine; sometimes it's nice to start over and if you'd like to that, have at it.
