Invasive AI

Huh/ I had no idea that you had a degree in Computer Science and worked in the field for 38 years too.
You haven't a damn clue about women in general, let alone some of the intelligent, educated, and highly experienced women on here. You seem to enjoy putting women down and this isn't a forum where we will let it slide for very long. Pick any subject you want and I bet one of our female members knows more than you.

Keep it up and there will be a petticoat revolt. :sneaky:

This alone could finally unravel the unintended cultural damage wrought by WWII pushing women into the workforce and leaving kids to be warehoused in "childcare" farms and left to fend for themselves with no fathers in the home. So many parasitic costs might just disappear, from subsidized care, to education failings, to a bloated and pointless "higher" education system.

Learn your WW2 facts! Women wanted to work and keep the country going and they did. Had they not stepped up, then the USA would have suffered badly and maybe even lost the war. Women saved an economy in peril. The male ego was bruised, when after the men returned, many jobs wanted the women to stay on. Employers found out that women could do many jobs better than men. Cultural damage is men who disparage women.

That was completely AWESOME, @Beth Gallagher ! and I agree with you that AI has a great future for making movies. No people or animals are hurt, and they can show them doing things that it would take months to actually train the animal to do, and they are not cartoons like the old Disney movies.
One of the most interesting movies to me was “the Life of Pi”, which features both a real tiger and an AI one, and it is hard to tell which one is which.

John Heldt (one of my most favorite authors) wrote a time travel book about the hurricane in Galveston. If you enjoy time travel stores, and a lot of good historical information, this is a great book to read.

Fragile egos? :ROFLMAO:

No fragile egos, just intelligent, educated, and highly experienced. If you wish to discuss something from your own knowledge and experience, then let's read it. Posting videos made by someone I can't spar with, doesn't prove anything and certainly no credit to any narrative you want to degrade females with.

As far as I concerned, your videos are a waste of anyone's brain cells to watch such dribble. The title alone tells me it is dribble and an AI generated propaganda narrative by some loser that feels disenfranchised by females.

I believe that Youtube channel is fairly new and doesn't have much content yet, but I'll be keeping an eye out for new "documentaries." There is one on the Johnstown flood that is equally good, though...

Thanks for the book recommendation; I have read tons of stuff about the Galveston storm, including "Isaac's Storm". https://www.amazon.com/Isaacs-Storm-Deadliest-Hurricane-History/dp/0375708278
