How's the Weather Where You Are?

It normally turns cold about Easter time …but early mornings and nights have got to what we say …need the wooly blanket on the bed

It’s got down to about 10c 49 F …overnight ….supposed to be about 26c ….77 F today

Strange thing last night. It was about 0 F. at midnight and it held until about 4 AM, at which time it began dropping rapidly and dropped 24 degrees in two hours. I don't know why. It was -24 F. when it stabilized around 6 AM. Still sunny and it got up to +9 F. this afternoon.

SO came home with sunburn on his forearms yesterday. Today high winds warnings. Tomorrow in the teens. You do not like the weather in OK just have a cup of coffee and it will change.

Same here,@Hedi Mitchell! We already are having very high winds at 35 mph and gusting to 55. 😳The storms are supposed to bring in straight line winds 75mph and maybe some tornadoes. It is currently 70 degrees and the storm is going to drop us down to the 20's and teens by morning with snow flurries, so the weather forecasters say. I hope they are wrong about all of it. I really hate those severe storms!

My husband has already been outside putting away trash bins and lawn furniture so everything doesn't end up blowing around in the air like we are living in the land OZ.

A little warmer today. It was about -4 F. this morning and may get into the 20s F. this afternoon. That is more like "normal" here for this time of year. We had a little additional snow overnight, but not enough to amount to much.

Weird day. Cool and sunny, warmer and sunny, overcast and cooling. But still dry and bare of snow. So far storms are staying away though very high winds are forecast.

Been checking out webcams and streaming stormchasers up north. Quite a blizzard starting up there. Lots of people have reverted back to snowmobiles as it piles up. Some places got a foot or two recently, and expect another foot or two from today through Tuesday.

SNOWSTORM............. Big time storm going on as I write this.. So far we had 30cms with another 30 or 40cms more to come.. Very very windy as well making it bad.. They are calling for freezing rain tomorrow which will not be good...
Perfect weather to stay home...........

It is 6 AM, and the temp is 42, F/L 28, with strong north wind this morning, from here, the temperature just keeps going down, so this is the “heat of the day” for us today. We have a low of actual 28 overnight, so if the wind keeps up, that is going to feel much colder.
Poodle went out this morning, but Rusty (who had already been out earlier) went to the back door, felt that freezing wind, turned around and ran back to his bed.
No cold toes for Rusty !

We survived the severe weather last night. We had some very strong straight line winds and some tornadoes in areas close by. We have a couple of roof shingles that came lose but other than that; we good! :)

We are having snow flurries this morning, and we are at the high for today at 29 degrees, plus it is cloudy. It is still very windy. Temperature is to dip down to 10 tonight. By the weekend, we will be mowing the grass. :D

We got a tornado watch (not warning) until 7PM today. The storm that is dumping snow across the midwest is coming through here. 53 of Virginia's 95 counties are under the warning. At least the rain forecast has been dialed back for my area. Was supposed to dump hard all day long, but we only had a little this AM and no more until 4PM or so.

The storm is bringing in a cold front. From 70°F this afternoon to the 20s overnight.
