If this is a repeat, please just point me in the direction
of an already existing thread. Thanks
Sleep is a curious topic. Does it take you 20 min, or maybe
even an hour to actually fall off to sleep. OR maybe you
actually, don't ever fall off to sleep.
I've just been evaluating my own life long falling to sleep
patterns, and I can say it's been a mix of changes.
Presently, it generally takes me one hour to fall off to sleep.
BUT that is frequently interrupted about one hour later to
try again. Repeat. Why? Because I have to get up on the hour
to empty my bladder. Been this way for a long time. Or I need
to reposition my body to accommodate my aches or pains lol
OR etc.
Some folks fall off to sleep easier with the help of sleep meds
or other meds. White noise helps me at times.
Anyway, just thinking about it all..
I am a light sleeper.
