Hate Trump - Love Trump - Don't Hate Trump

Good evening to all-

Surely it must say something about the First Felon and the people who support him that his criminal mugshot is seen as a positive. The First Felon is a cheat, an abuser, a liar and those who support him support his vile behavior. I have no use for him or the folks who enable him.

I hate the First Felon.

Ed, hate is such an emotion that takes a lot of energy. It seems like you are a bit throwing a childish tantrum. A democracy does not work like that.

Good evening to all-

No, I must disagree. My hate for the First Felon requires no energy at all- just attention to facts and truth and the awareness to see what he is and what he is doing.

And I must say that if you think my words are "a childish tantrum" that you have very little experience or knowledge of tantrums.

And speaking of "democracy" when discussing the First Felon is a very unprofitable thing. There is no democracy with the First Felon- either just blind obedience to his wishes or opposition to him and his actions.

I agree that the current administration is lead by a jerk, who is destroying the middle class and the poor in this country.

However your constant wishing of ill will toward 1/3 of the population makes me feel pretty much the same about you.
That's why, although I might agree with some of the things you have posted, I keep you in the ignore bin to avoid having
anything to do with someone who openly wishes ill will toward that many people.

Although I agree the current administration is destroying this country for their personal gain, two of my best friends are still
supporters of him - why, I don't know - but we have agreed to not discuss him, because other then that we get along quite well.

I also find something terribly wrong with your constant wishing of ill will, and feel that is not a good sentiment to allow
to constantly be posted on a forum, though that is up to Ken. I'm not suggesting a ban but maybe some adjustment to the
guidelines, as constantly wishing ill will toward people is a rather disgusting thing to keep doing on a public forum for seniors.

His vile behavior has allowed us to close our border, deport illegals although not quite as many as Obama did. Start rounding up criminals and rescuing trafficked children, clean up crime ridden cities, remove the nuclear threat of Iran WITHOUT the help of the EU which was also in danger, get China influence out of Venezuela and Panama (getting the canal back from them) , bring steel making and other industries BACK to the US ...
While Biden caused an invasion of our country and hid in his basement when he was in his right mind.

Good morning to all-

Please let me correct you.

I have wished no "ill will" toward anyone. I have wished confusion to the political party which has permitted such a blight to inflict itself on our nation and the world.

Confusion when it comes to those who do evil is a good thing. Confusion will keep those who support the First Felon from acting on his vile wishes and plans. Confusion will make the First Felon fail in his efforts.

I do not wish confusion on the democrats. They have confusion on their own in great abundance.

And I am totally indifferent whether you read and approve of my words.

Ed, it seems to be understood that you are confused.

I believe that if he did not instigate it, he sure did encourage it. He sure didn't try to stop it. It is my opinion that he did instigate it, but everyone is entitled to believe whatever they want to believe.
Given that I have listened to what he said more than once, all of it, not just the parts that were deliberately taken out of context to make it sound like he said something different, I know otherwise.

When committed cult members experience criticism of their Great Leader, they defuse the criticism by saying that the source is invalid rather than responding to the specific issue raised. This is what committed Trump supporters do when Trump is criticized.

Do not refer to me (or anyone here) as a "cult member." 1) You don't know what you're talking about and 2) no need to try to insult people to make your somewhat skewed-reality point. Why do liberals ALWAYS go directly to insults when they have nothing else?

Oh, and BTW... Trump is your "great leader" as well since he is president of the country that allows you the freedom to insult him.

Given that I have listened to what he said more than once, all of it, not just the parts that were deliberately taken out of context to make it sound like he said something different, I know otherwis I can't debate you on whether Trump encouraged the insurrection or not. You heard you listened to everything Trump said prior to the insurrection, evidently I missed something. Setting that aside,

@Ed Delabama....I feel that you are being rude and unkind towards others here that do not share your entire opinions on President Trump. We can all agree to disagree about things and be kind about it without name calling. Your rudeness is getting tiresome. "Everyone has the right to make his own decisions, but none has the right to force his decision on others.” Done!

Good afternoon to all-

Let me honest here- I do NOT force my decision on anyone. I don't give a hoot in hell if anyone here- or elsewhere- agrees with my assessment of the present political situation in our country.

I listen and see and then I draw my conclusions based on what I have learned about the words and actions of people in postions of power. Since this is a site that is open to expression, I tell the truth as I see it. I do not force anything on anyone else.

Given that I have listened to what he said more than once, all of it, not just the parts that were deliberately taken out of context to make it sound like he said something different, I know otherwise.
Evidently, you heard more than I did. But given that, he must have been proud of the "peaceful" protesters that desecrated our Capitol building, because he immediately pardoned them as soon as he got back in office. That tells me right there, that if he didn't instigate or encourage the reresection, he certainly didn't see any problem with it.

Ed, it seems to be understood that you are confused.
Good afternoon to all-

Please let me educate you. I am NOT confused about the present political situation in our country. I am very clear, very cogent, and very focused on what is happening here and now.

I am absolutely opposed to the words and actions of the vile blight that inhabits the White House, and I oppose all of those minions who support and enable him. I work to defeat those politicians who speak and defend the First Felon to hold such a high political office.

I am confused by some things- like how anyone with the sense God gave a goose can defend the First Felon and how some people can accept his words and actions as being positive.

I'm also confused about why I can not grow tomatoes in my garden and why my baseball team can't seem to find good pitchers.

But I'm clear as the ring of a breakfast bell about the politics we're enduring at this time.

If you actually had WATCHED the whole tape you would have seen that Trump said it was the right of the people to march down to the capitol building, but they had to do it PEACEFULLY; respecting the police and others in charge. There was at least one plain clothes FBI agent whose name escapes me who egged the people on to breach the barricades. Trump asked for National Guard--Pelosi told them to stand down.
There was a lot going on that day that people only surmised.

I guess it's according to whoever you want to believe. Below is from the Associated Press. What is your source? I'd be more than happy to read it. I have an open mind.

CLAIM: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi blocked the National Guard from coming to the Capitol during the Jan. 6 insurrection.

AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. As Speaker of the House, Pelosi does not direct the National Guard. Further, as the Capitol came under attack, she and the Senate Majority leader called for military assistance, including the National Guard.
