I find walking to be the easiest form of exercise.Walking gets rid of my back pain, so, I do a lot of it. Nothing I measure, just walk until I feel better.

I'm just a weakling. I do 5 pounds of hand weights for a minute or so a few times through out the day. I can probably do 8 pounds, but why exert myself.
