Bladder and Urinary issues

My bladder dropped 5 years and it has caused some issues. I had ring I wore for awhile...anyway the doctor here sent me to another city to see a gynecologist .Their recommendation was to sew it up,shut the door Jack, that's fact . Screw you, long as the door is open Hope remains:ROFLMAO:

great info Yvonne, thank you. I will take a look at your link for sure.
I over the years and per Uro suggestions, have taken both bladder
support supplements and even Kidney Restore to try and keep on
top of things. I prefer the tasteless powders and as you mentioned
that can be added to some foods and fluids. Right now my functions
are good, stable, but I like to keep reading and learning.
For UTI's I much prefer d-mannose to antibiotics. It does not hurt your gut biome. It makes your bladder slippery so bacteria can't stick. :)

It's easy to get frustrated and blame aging, but I gotta remind myself of younger people I've known who have had Crohn's Disease, MS, and other stuff they will be living with for a very long time.

It still sucks, rhough.
When you look at all the chemicals in processed foods, pfas chemicals, glyphosates...who knows what causes what diseases and symptoms?
