3. Enough counter space in kitchen
4. Have the back verandah covered in with windows for a growing area
5. A loggia
6. No carpet but tiles and a floating floor
7. An orangery
8. A doorway from a garage leading into the house
9. A proper glass enclosed greenhouse
10. A potting up shed
11. Back verandah under main roof ,instead of a attached one we have that’s 4x 14 mtrs
12. A full solar and battery setup to go off grid.
