All things horses hopefully not AI

The Pigment app makes art really easy, @Connie Bennett . You can try it for free, and then there is a premium subscription if you find you enjoy it. I pay a year at a time , since that is the cheapest, but you can try it free at first and then do it for a month-to-month subscription also.

Pigment has all kinds of painting styles and colors, and pictures from simple to more complicated, so you can choose what you want to do with each picture. Here is what the photograph I uploaded looked like before I colored it, so you can get an idea of how the pictures to color look. Pigment takes your colored photograph and turns it into either a line drawing or a grey-scale picture (what this one is).

I also wrote about online coloring in the hobby thread.

I thought this might fit here...

It's an article on The Last of the Mule Mail Carriers. There are horses, too. They navigate 8 miles of trails to deliver mail to a small village at the bottom of the Grand Canyon in Arizona...then they gotta come the 8 miles back up. It's a fascinating read, with pics and a video.

I don't believe it is behind a paywall. I could access it after I logged out.

I LOVE this article! I had no idea mule & horse delivery are still used in remote U.S. areas!❤️❤️

Thank you for the link🤠🤠

I saw a picture from Disney's Beauty and the Beast (first one) and it reminded me of back when I noticed characteristics in cartoon characters that looked like pets that I had had. Particularly horses. Anyone else see their horse, dog or cat in Disney characters?
The one that really stood out for me was Philippe, Beauty's horse. He reminded me of my big walking horse Picasso or Vice Versa. Picasso wasn't always freaking out like in this clip but he had very expressive face, for a horse, and had huge 'hams', I always said. He was so smooth I was never in danger of falling off no matter what he did but he but he could do a 180 on one foot standing on a dime.
