My wife has had some type of teeth problems, just like her mom did, for years. Her last dental appointment was in early 2023. She got a full cleaning done. Since then, an infection in her two bridges has happened and gotten worse. We believe her bad coughing spells, from "we don't know what they...

About a week ago, we got a warning signal on the dash panel of our 2021 Durango that the right turn signal bulb was out. So, yesterday morning we drove the Durango to the shop where we know the owner and had our other 2005 Durango worked on. We had to leave the Durango there and the shops...

The same lake we have put our boat on, the Colorado Dept. Of Fish and Game put a video on Facebook showing lots of dead Carp laying in mud and the ones that were still alive, being taken out. Due to how low the water is in the lake, from not getting any additional water from a source that...

A couple of weeks before we moved out of our Henderson apartment, we put in a Forwarding/Change of Address to the Post Office. It would start the day we arrived in Loveland. Don't know why previous residents of the apartment we moved into, don't put a Change of Address into the Post Office, but...

I got a new set of high-tech hearing aids today at local VA Clinic. Got my last ones in 2021, so I was due. The new ones are somewhat different than the old ones, but still are great. Nice thing is, didn't cost me/us a thing. My old ones are being sent back to the manufacturer to be cleaned...

Our old Samsung 46 inch/1080P, that we bought at Circuit City on sale, in 2008, was going downhill. A lot of, what is called "pixelating" happening and it was becoming rather annoying. IOW, we knew it was getting to be the time to buy a new tv. We took a couple of weeks and checked out tv's at...

First, and the most important, there is no drainage hole in the inside/front of our kitchen sink. It's single sink, not two separate ones next to each other, like we had before. I told my wife last week, "if we forget to shut off the water in that sink, you know what will happen", and it...

Yes, professional rodeo is definitely considered "a sport". There wasn't a dedicated thread, so I wanted to start one. I'm currently watching the Calgary Stampede in Canada on The Cowboy Channel. This is one of the largest outdoor professional rodeos there is. A couple of other major rodeos are...

First, did anyone watch it? We had on complete western attire, including our straw cowboy hats. We went to South Point Hotel & Casino in Vegas to watch it. In one of their large Banquet Rooms where they had tables/chairs set up, four big-screen tv's, two small bars, betting machines and some...

Any men here take Flomax and/or a product called ProstaGenix? I started taking Flomax in August of last year, due to bladder spasms I was having in the middle of the night. Those spasms were really starting to hurt! I think the spasms came from getting the radiation therapy for my prostate...

Yes, moving back to northern Colorado, as in Loveland, where we lived, before moving here to Henderson, NV. A nice 2-bedroom/1st floor apartment will be ready for us to move into during Memorial Day week. Have hired a Moving Company for furniture/boxes, and a Boat Transport Company to take our...

First, any of you have this iPhone? Is it, or was it, a big "learning experience" for you? As a 25th Wedding Anniversary gift to ourselves, we decided to get rid of our old Apple iPhone 12 that we bought in 2021 and buy two iPhone 17 Pro's. We read that the camera and video camera of the 17 Pro...

So, after 5 years of working for this insurance company thru a temp agency, she now works full-time directly for the insurance company. A couple of weeks ago, the lady she was working for at the company, ask her if she wanted to go with the company full-time and, of course, she said "definitely...

We have now bought a few things, as in a new Electric Ear Wax Cleaner and Electric Nail Clipper, where the site never stated that these things were coming from China/Japan. Or, I just didn't research enough. Both were seen on Facebook, and "yes" I know, there are those that don't have and/or...

As for my prostate cancer and stomach problem: Where I get my Lupron Hormone Injection, in which the 18 of this month, I will get my 3rd one, I got a Signatera Blood Draw (at the high recommendation of the Cancer Center) on January 14th. Got the results back as Negative. IOW: "Indicates that no...

There are great first names for babies, then there are some very odd first names that parents will name a newborn. An odd name, that a couple from England, named their newborn............Lucifer. IOW, Satan's name. The parents have been ridiculed quite a bit for naming this newborn boy this, but...

We have this in our 2021 Dodge Durango GT. We bought new Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure tires for it this last Saturday. The tires that were on it, were the original ones for when it was first sold in 2021. Descent tread depth, but some cracking long the tread, due to the high summer...
