I fall asleep depending on pain. If I sleep too deeply I wake up hurting so I wake up and move about 4 times a night, pee if I have to too. I keep a streaming show on all night. Castle, Rissoli and Aisles, Longmire... But I fall asleep pretty quickly.

When you look at all the chemicals in processed foods, pfas chemicals, glyphosates...who knows what causes what diseases and symptoms?

For UTI's I much prefer d-mannose to antibiotics. It does not hurt your gut biome. It makes your bladder slippery so bacteria can't stick. :)

Metals are not the only thing to have. What one may have 'lost' over time has now been made up and then some. Like occasional stock 'crashes'.
