How's the Weather Where You Are?

I went outside when it was pouring earlier and I went to the pool and saw a toad trying to swim to safety.. (If I hadnt of gone out there, she probably would have died:( (We have lost many toads/frogs in our pool over the years))

I went in and got an umbrella and i went to the pool with a skimmer and scooped her up and brought her where it was dry and held her in my hand and gave her a kiss, talked to her a little and placed her down and within secs she hopped off :)

I love toads, they are one of Gods beautiful creatures :)

But it didn't turn into a prince then.
Too bad.
; )

I got up and there is condensation all over the outside of the windows at 6am. Not a good sign. There was a tiny tree frog in my patio door track. I did not see what it was without my glasses but when I stooped down to pick it out, it hopped into my kitchen. I guided it back outside. With so much moisture in the air, I don't understand how I still have to water all the plants on my deck.

We are pretty much in the 90’s for the next week or so, too. We might actually still be able to use the swimming pool, which has never happened in September before (for us). It usually starts to have cooler nights by the end of August, so the pool is just too chilly for comfort, even with hot days.
We are going to try it today and see how it goes….
