I'm up.... Sore shoulder that woke me up... I had an X-Ray of it on Friday and am awaiting results..
i had both shoulder replacements done some 8 years ago.. The right one is perfect but the left one is a bit painful at times..

I’m dragging the chain again …..I’ll get sacked at a minutes notice if I keep,this up , we’ve both been to the 6 monthly Skin cancer check up,today

We will be leaving in a bit to go to a hospital out of town ! Hubby needs a medical procedure done ....should be back home tomorrow night .
