Years ago I was a standup amateur part time comedian, now just a sit down comic. Unfortunately most of my favorite jokes and stories cannot be shared here. Yes, standup mainly at small private parties and a few small clubs after work or weekends. That was back in the 70's. Now just sitdown on the internet.
Glad you like a sense of humor. My disregard for taking life to serious is the only reason I have survived. I kept all the doctors and nurses laughing before and after my cancer surgery. Last thing I remember before going out was the anesthesiologist laughing saying "now that was funny." I wish I could remember what I said that was so funny. My friend says she asked her if I was always this hilarious and my friend said, "Yes, please don't encourage her."
