Pick up to two of your favorite sub sandwich chains.
They have several different breads now, and wraps as well. I find that the 6" sub is plenty of food so I don't ever buy the 12".Subway was the only sub sandwich place I ever ate at. I loved it. But when diabetes forced me to learn about sugar & carbs, I got an unpleasant surprise. The 12-in sub has 80 grams of sugar in the bread alone, without anything in it. Damn, I miss it!
BTY, for comparison, one 12 oz can soft drink has 40 gms sugar.
