What's for supper?

Cooking it. Crust frozen in the pan. Ham, onions, mushrooms sautéed and cooled. Eggs, cheese, cream, cornstarch added.
Interesting. I would not thought of baking a quiche in an air fryer. I bake a large one (8 eggs), slice it into servings, then freeze them. I thaw a serving and reheat it in the oven.

I make the crust from scratch because it's hard finding a frozen one that's deep enough.

One stick butter, one pack full fat cream cheese, one teaspoon baking powder, two cups flour. Makes 24 muffin tins or two baking pans.
I try to have at least one six pack tin in the freezer for mini quiches, apple pies or Karo pecan pie with modified fillings.
Baking frozen at full speed makes fat molecules explode and end up as flaky crust. Roll leftover dough into little worm, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Perfect crunchy cookie with the first cup of coffee of the day.

When my mother made pie crust, she would roll out the leftover dough, dot it with butter, add cinnamon & sugar, then bake it. "Cinnamon Crisp." There's nothing better.
